How to get tickets for the recording of your favourite programmes, 
who to contact if you have a news story to tell and how to make 
comments or complaints about something you've heard on air.  
 

Audience tickets

Queries, comments and complaints

• BBC Audiencelines (the BBC's telephone lines for listener/viewer queries)
• BBC Online Feedback page (online feedback form, plus a search facility for identifying the email addresses for BBC programmes and departments)
• The Voice of the Listener & Viewer (membership organisation which keeps a watch on all TV and radio programmes on behalf of the public)
• The Broadcasting Standards Commission (statuary body for standards and fairness in broadcasting, both television and radio)
